3L-Bair Series Specifications & Feature
- Model No. 3L-BAIR three-layer co-extrusion blown film line is available for 500 ~ 3000 mm. It is unnecessary to change screw even in the condition of changing different materials. Materials to be used : HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE, SURLYN, PP, EVA, and any other materials which can be used for blown film.
- Film Thickness: 0.012 ~ 0.3 mm.
- Screw diameter is available for Ø45mm, Ø55mm, Ø65mm, Ø85mm, Ø100mm.
- Three Layer Inner Cooling Die: Combined with cooling air constant-temperature device, 24 hours fully automatic Monitor and control. Effectively increases confirmative films, and decreases non-confirmative films.
- HMI with ultrasonic operation, it makes sizes be changed easily and simply.
- 360�J horizontal rotating unit result in smooth reel, it makes follow up processing easily and simply.
- Back To Back Automatic Winder: Equipped slitting device, tension controller, hydraulic unloading device.
